Yuto Nakashima trained with Bad Luck Fale at the Fale Dojo, wrestling his first match against Jordan Allan-Wright in an exhibition event. Nakashima would make his New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) debut two years later in 2021 at Road To Castle Attack - Night 1, being defeated by fellow Young Lion Yuya Uemura via referee's decision after Nakashima injured his left elbow. Nakashima would return eight months later in October, wrestling Ryohei Oiwa to a time limit draw at Road To Power Struggle 2021 - Night 7. At Wrestle Kingdom 16 - Night 1, Nakashima would compete in the New Japan Rambo match, failing to score a victory. In March, 2022, Nakashima competed in the New Japan Cup 2022, but was knocked out in the first round by Aaron Henare.
