The WAW World Light Heavyweight Championship is a championship title contested in World Association Of Wrestling.
History[]
The WAW World Light Heavyweight Championship was created to replace the WAW Open Light Heavyweight Championship in 2019. It did not carry over the lineage of its predecessor to represent a clean slate for the division after several matches between Brad O'Brien and Peter Nixon ended in controversy. O'Brien was crowned as the inaugural champion in a five-way match at Fightmare 3.
