Vendetta Pro Wrestling produced it's second professional wrestling event of the two-night Melee 2013 Tour, which took place on May 19, 2013 as part of the 2013 Chowchilla-Madera County Fair in Chowchilla, California. This was the first Vendetta Pro event presented as part of the Chowchilla-Madera County Fair. The first event on the Melee 2013 tour took place one night prior in King City, California.
The event was recorded for eventual television broadcast on Vendetta Pro Wrestling TV.

This live event featured professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that played out during previous events. Wrestlers portrayed villains or heroes as they followed a series of events that built tension, and culminated into a wrestling match or series of matches.
Unlike years prior, this year's "Melee" was presented as a short tour rather than a single event. Melee had previously been an event produced annually by Vendetta Pro since 2010.
This event would open with a Battle Royal, with the winner receiving an opportunity to challenge for the Vendetta Pro Heavyweight title held by "The Masterpiece" Chris Masters later on in the evening. Also, Reby Sky and Matt Hardy would headline the event.
The Suburban Commandos would defend their newly-won Unified Tag-Team Championships against The Ballard Brothers. However, due to their title match the night before being retroactively made a Non-Title match due to lack of sanctioning by All Pro Wrestling, this match would be retroactively made a standard Tag-Team match.
This leg of the Melee 2013 Tour drew approximately 500 according to Fair organizers, setting a new attendance record for an event held at the Chowchilla-Madera County Fair.

- "The Rock of Love" Billy Blade defeated "The Masterpiece" Chris Masters for the Vendetta Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Championship
- The Suburban Commandos (D-Unit & T-Rent) defeated The Ballard Brothers (Shane & Shannon Ballard w/ Holly Renee) to retain the Unified Tag-Team Championships
- This match was later ruled to be a Non-Title match, as the Suburban Commandos were ruled by All Pro Wrestling to have never won the titles.
- Matt Hardy defeated "Wrestling Personified" Rik Luxury (w/ Markus Mac)
