Vendetta Pro Wrestling held a special live professional wrestling event on September 16, 2012 at the West Wind Santa Barbara Drive-In and Public Market in Goleta, California. Although this was not the first live event held by Vendetta Pro, it was the first of its type as it was specifically aimed at a small audience. Similar in ways to Vendetta Pro's "Underground" events, which are small-scale events with a short card, this event consisted of only four matches. However, while Underground events are tailored specifically to allow newer wrestlers and trainees (who are deemed ready) to compete in the ring in front of a crowd, this event used veterans and young competitors who are used to working in front of audiences.
Also, unlike Underground events, this live event was recorded for DVD, as well as for eventual television broadcast on Vendetta Pro Wrestling TV.

This live event featured professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that played out during previous events. Wrestlers portrayed villains or heroes as they followed a series of events that built tension, and culminated into a wrestling match or series of matches.
