The University Area Community Center (also known as the University Area Community Complex) is a multi-purpose facility located in Hillsborough County, North Tampa, Florida. Composed of 50,000 square feet, the facility offers a range of accommodations including an auditorium/gymnasium, dressing rooms, art studio, bandshell, community room, lighted patio deck, conference room, dance studio and pavilion. The center also serves as the headquarters for the University Area Community Development Corporation, Inc. The theater seating can hold a maximum seating capacity of 600 people and holds a maximum banquet seating of 432 people.
