TripleManía II-A was the second overall TripleManía wrestling show promoted by Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA). 1994 was also the first year to feature the "TripleManía Series" of shows with 3, referred to as II-A, II-B and II-C. where this was the first of the series. The show took place on April 26, 1994 in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico. The Main event featured a Best two out of three falls Lucha de Apuestas "Hair vs. Hair" match. Both Heavy Metal and Jerry Estrada put their hair on the line for this match.

- El Hijo del Santo, Octagón and Perro Aguayo defeated Los Gringos Locos (Love Machine, Black Cat and Eddy Guerrero) by disqualification in a Six-man "Lucha Libre rules" tag team match
- Heavy Metal defeated Jerry Estrada in a Best two out of three falls Lucha de Apuesta "Hair vs. Hair". As a result, Jerry Estrada had his hair shaved off.
