Maddie Knisley, having trained in gymnastics for eleven years, is a six-time champion in state vault. Knisley also wrestled for various independent promotions under the name Nikita Knight, including appearances on AEW Dark.

Knisley signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in March, 2022. Knisley made her debut on the April 8, 2022 episode of NXT Level Up, under the name Thea Hail, where she was defeated by Ivy Nile.
