Dylan Barrales is an American professional wrestler, currently signed to New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW), where he performs on NJPW STRONG under the ring name The DKC.
Career[]
Early career[]
Dylan Barrales made his debut on March 30, 2018 for Santino Bros. Wrestling, under the name Dylan Kyle Cox, teaming with Cameron Gates in a losing effort against Dom Kubrick & Robby Phoenix. Dylan Kyle Cox would continue wrestling on the Californian independent scene until June, 2020.
New Japan Pro Wrestling (2020-present)[]
Dylan Kyle Cox made his New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) debut at Lion's Break Collision - Episode 2 as The DKC, where he was defeated by Rust Taylor. The DKC began competing on New Japan Pro Wrestling's American television program, STRONG, in August. Four months after his debut in September, The DKC was eliminated by Logan Riegel in the first round of the Lion's Break Crown on STRONG - Episode 8. On STRONG - Episode 22, following a defeat to Rocky Romero, The DKC directly appealed to Katsuyori Shibata to join the LA Dojo, and was accepted.
In March, 2021, The DKC was defeated by Tom Lawlor in a qualifying match for the New Japan Cup USA 2021, before being eliminated in the Tag Team Turbulence Tournament alongside Kevin Knight. On the NJPW Resurgence pre-show, The DKC partnered with Jordan Clearwater & Kevin Knight in a loss to Stray Dog Army members Barrett Brown, BATEMAN & Misterioso. At Lone Star Shootout, The DKC joined forces with Alex Coughlin & Fred Rosser in a loss to Team Filthy (JR Kratos, Royce Isaacs & STRONG Openweight Champion, Tom Lawlor).
