Mary Fryer aka The Bad Girl is a retired American female professional wrestler. She is known primarily for working with Ladies Professional Wrestling Association (LPWA).

Career[]

Independents[]

The Bad Girl began her wrestling life as "The Duchess of Discipline" on the California independent scene, becoming a mainstay of the Ed Ahrens owned American Independent Wrestling Alliance (AIWA) based out of Maywood California.

In the AIWA The Duchess feuded with Jan Flame, Athena 2000, Cheryl Rusa, Luscious Laura, GLOW's MTV, Susan Sexton and others. The Duchess also made an appearance on Candid Camera hosted by legendary Hollywood television producer and host, Allen Funt.

LPWA[]

The Bad Girl joined the nationally syndicated Ladies Professional Wrestling Association (LPWA), promoted by Tor Berg and based out of Laughlin NV. There she teamed with Fabulous Moolah trainee Black Venus (Jeanne Kirkland) and with manager Boogaloo Brown formed the team "Bad, Black and Beautiful" and quickly became one of the top teams in the company. The team reached the LPWA tag team title tournament final, only to be defeated by Misty Blue Simmes and Heidi Lee Morgan.

Post LPWA[]

The Bad Girl left the LPWA toward the end of 1991, due to the company's relocation to Nashville TN and returned to the AIWA to continue her feud with longtime rival Jan Flame.
