Also, for the first time ever, the Knockouts will have a chance to compete for the World Heavyweight Title.

The two members of each group with the most points will advance to the final 16, where at that point the tournament switches to a single elimination format. So far, there have been two draws in the Aries/Carter (time limit) and Micah/Drake (count out) matches.

TNA announced the first ever World Title Series to determine a new TNA World Heavyweight Champion. The rules are as followed:

The winner of the tournament will become the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion.

Group Play

These wrestlers qualified for the Round of 16 to become the TNA World Heavyweight Champion.
These wrestlers were mathematically eliminated from the tournament during Group Play.
