History[]
Formation (2020-2021)[]
Wato & Taguchi first teamed together at New Japan Road 2020 - Night 6, defeating Suzuki-gun (El Desperado & Yoshinobu Kanemaru) in the round robin IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship tournament. However, at New Japan Road 2020 - Night 7, Wato & Taguchi would be defeated by Los Ingobernables de Japon (BUSHI & Hiromu Takahashi) and would not advance to the finals. Wato & Taguchi would continue being involved in multi-man matches with Suzuki-gun, eventually facing eventual winners of the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship tournament, El Desperado & Yoshinobu Kanemaru, at Wrestle Kingdom 15 - Night 2 for the championship in a losing effort.
Super Junior Tag League (2021)[]
After a series of multi-man matches against BULLET CLUB and CHAOS, Wato & Taguchi would enter the Super Junior Tag League 2021. Wato & Taguchi were defeated by former rivals El Desperado & Yoshinobu Kanemaru on the first day and by BULLET CLUB's Cutest Tag Team (El Phantasmo & Taiji Ishimori) on the second day. Nonetheless, Wato & Taguchi were able to pick up a win over Roppongi 3K (SHO & YOH) on the third day, securing them two points. Due to COVID-19, Wato & Taguchi won by forfeit over Jado & Gedo, and after defeating Robbie Eagles & Tiger Mask, Wato & Taguchi had racked up six points, ending the tournament in third place.
IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions (2022)[]
At Wrestle Kingdom 16 - Night 3, Wato & Taguchi joined CHAOS members Hirooki Goto, Tomohiro Ishii & YOSHI-HASHI to defeat NOAH's team of Daiki Inaba, Daisuke Harada, Hajime Ohara, Kinya Okada & Yoshiki Inamura.
