Shiro Koshinaka (September 3, 1958) is a Japanese professional wrestler who has competed in All Japan Pro Wrestling, New Japan Pro Wrestling and Wrestle Association "R" during the 1980s and 1990s. He was also the very first IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion.

In the 1990s, he formed the stable Heisei Ishingun with Kengo Kimura, Kuniaki Kobayashi, Tatsutoshi Goto, Michiyoshi Ohara, Akira Nogami, and Akitoshi Saito.
