Sheboygan is a city in and the county seat of Sheboygan County, WisconsinThe city is located on the western shore of Lake Michigan at the mouth of the Sheboygan River, about halfway between Milwaukee 50 miles south, and Green Bay 64 miles North. Its site was long home to various Native American tribes like the Winnebago and Ottawa peoples before being settled by New Englanders in the mid 19th Century. In the late 1970s it also became a settling place for the displaced Hmong peoples.
