Selfish vs. Selfless is the 6th episode of Season 2 of American Grit. It is the 16th overall episode.
Plot
Competitors race to an array of boxes and choose between helping themselves or helping their teams, and while certain outcomes may be beneficial for some, others are worried about change, which creates drama between both the contestants and the cadre.
