Saturday Night's Main Event II was the second Saturday Night's Main Event special taped on October 3, 1985 and airing on NBC two days later. The show also featured a live edition of Jesse Ventura's Body Shop featuring Bobby Heenan discussing the bounty he had put on Paul Orndorff's head and the in-ring wedding of Uncle Elmer and the reception which followed.

- Elmer defeated Valiant with a bodyslam after Valiant charged at him.
- The announced time was a record-breaking 6 seconds.
- Paul Orndorff fought Roddy Piper to a double countout (4:01)
- Both men were counted out after a crossbody by Orndorff sent both men over the top rope.
- Andre the Giant & Tony Atlas (w/ Lou Albano) defeated Big John Studd & King Kong Bundy (w/ Bobby Heenan) via disqualification (4:26)
- Bundy and Studd were disqualified for illegal double teaming.
- The Dream Team (Greg Valentine & Brutus Beefcake) (w/ Johnny Valiant) defeated Lanny Poffo & Tony Garea for the WWF Tag Team Championship (3:30)
- Valentine forced Garea to submit to the figure-four leglock.
- Tony Garea was a substitute for George Wells.
