Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov were a tag team in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on its Raw brand. They are former WWE Tag Team Champions.
History[]
WWE Tag Team Titles (2010-2011)[]
This tag team was started when Santino wanted to form a team with Vladimir. He kept saying no until they teamed together against William Regal and The Great Khali. They won and became a tag team.
On the December 6, 2010 edition of Monday Night Raw Marella & Kozlov defeated Heath & Justin (Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel) of The Nexus to win the WWE Tag Team Championships, following interference by the fired John Cena. But next February at the 2011 Elimination Chamber they lost the titles back to Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater.
Santino once compared them to Rocky Balboa and Ivan Drago from Rocky IV.
