Sacrifice 2010 was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), which took place on May 16, 2010 at the TNA Impact! Zone in Orlando, Florida. It is the sixth event under the Sacrifice chronology and the fifth event of the 2010 TNA PPV schedule.

TNA Sacrifice featured nine professional wrestling matches that involved different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines. Wrestlers were portrayed as villains, heroes or less distinguishable characters in the scripted events that built tension and culminated into a wrestling match or series of matches.

- Rob Terry (c) defeated Orlando Jordan to retain the TNA Global Championship (7:45)
- Douglas Williams defeated Kazarian (c) to win the TNA X Division Championship (13:50)
- Madison Rayne (c) defeated Tara in a Title vs. Career match to retain the TNA Women's Knockout Championship (6:28)
- The Band (Kevin Nash & Scott Hall) (c) (w/ Eric Young) defeated Ink Inc. (Jesse Neal & Shannon Moore) to retain the TNA World Tag Team Championship (7:59)
- Abyss defeated Desmond Wolfe (w/ Chelsea) in a Chelsea vs. Ring match (If Abyss won, he would receive Chelsea's services for 30 days & if Wolfe won, he would receive Hulk Hogan's Hall of Fame Ring) (9:00)
- Jeff Hardy defeated Mr. Anderson (13:57).
