Ryuki Honda (February 11, 2000) is a Japanese professional wrestler currently signed to All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW), where he is a member of TOTAL ECLIPSE.
Career[]
Early career[]
Ryuki Honda began wrestling during high school, participating in the Inter-High School Championships and National Athletic Meet. Before his graduation, Honda applied for the Wrestle-1 Golden Rookie Project, which he passed to become a student of Keiji Mutoh. He would train for five months, before making his debut on September 2, 2018, where he partnered with Hajime in a loss to Masayuki Mitomi & Ryuji Hijikata. Honda competed in the tournament to crown the inaugural Wrestle-1 Result Championship, but was eliminated by Ganseki Tanaka. In August 2019, Honda directly asked Takao Omori if he could join All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW), and after a successful tryout in the dojo, he was signed.
All Japan Pro Wrestling (2020-present)[]
Honda made his AJPW debut on September 12, 2020, teaming with Black Menso-re & Takao Omori in a loss against Izanagi, UTAMARO & Zeus. In January 2021, Honda would begin a trial series of matches, facing opponents such as Yoshitatsu, Shotaro Ashino and Shuji Ishikawa, but failed to win any of the bouts. Honda competed in the 2021 Royal Road Tournament, but failed to advance past the first round after he was eliminated by Hokuto Omori. On October 9, Honda & Koji Iwamoto failed to win the AJPW All Asia Tag Team Championship from champions El Lindaman & T-Hawk. In November, Honda & Iwamoto competed in the World's Strongest Tag Determination League, winning one, drawing one, and losing one of their three matches to finish second with three points.
In early 2022, Honda volunteered to join TOTAL ECLIPSE, eventually joining the group. At New Year Wars 2022 - Night 3, Honda faced Kento Miyahara in the final of a tournament to crown a new AJPW Triple Crown Champion after defeating Shotaro Ashino in the semi-final. However, Honda was unable to defeat Miyahara to win the championship.
