Richmond is an inner urban area of Melbourne, Victoria. Since the early 1990s it has undergone a massive gentrification revitalization of the region, seeing many derlict regions converted into nicer neighborhoods. At the 2011 Census Rosebud had a population of 26,121. Richmond is the home to the main studios of the Nine Network, of the major over the air networks of all of Australia.
