The Rey de Reyes (English: "King of Kings") 2003 was the seventh annual Rey de Reyes professional wrestling tournament and show show promoted by Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA). The event took place on March 16, 2003 in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. In a break from tradition that year's Rey de Reyes tournament featured six former Rey de Reyes winners wrestling each other to find the 2003's Rey de Reyes. The final match saw La Parka II and Abismo Negro face off. It is not know if the show featured additional matches beyond the Rey de Reyes tournament matches.

Wrestlers portray either villains (referred to as Rudos in Mexico) or fan favorites (Técnicos in Mexico) as they compete in wrestling matches with pre-determined outcomes.
