The 8th Reina de Reinas tournament was held in Tula, Hidalgo. Women eliminated in the battle royal: [[Mujer Demente]], [[La Chola]], [[La Hechicera]], [[Lady Rabbit]], [[Vicky Carranza]], [[Josseline]], [[Estrellita]], [[Lola Gonzalez]], [[La Diabólica]], [[Martha Villalobos]]. Those remaining worked the final as if it was an elimination trios match:
[[Sexy Star]], [[Fabi Apache]], and [[Cinthia Moreno]] vs [[Rossy Moreno]], [[Xóchitl Leyva Sánchez|Tiffany]], and [[Miss Janeth]].
