The 8th Reina de Reinas tournament was held in Tula, Hidalgo. Women eliminated in the battle royal: Mujer Demente, La Chola, La Hechicera, Lady Rabbit, Vicky Carranza, Josseline, Estrellita, Lola Gonzalez, La Diabólica, Martha Villalobos. Those remaining worked the final as if it was an elimination trios match: Sexy Star, Fabi Apache, and Cinthia Moreno vs Rossy Moreno, Tiffany, and Miss Janeth.

Sexy Star (eliminated by Fabi Apache, with help from Gran Apache), Rossy Moreno (eliminated by Cinthia Moreno), Cinthia Moreno (eliminated Miss Janeth), Miss Janeth (eliminated by Fabi Apache), Fabi Apache (eliminated by Tiffany and interference from Sexy Star). At the end of this melee the new Reyna of Reynas was Tiffany.
