Third Anniversary Celebration: Part 2 was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on February 25, 2005 at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Dayton, Ohio. The show featured the return of AJ Styles as well as the ROH debut of James Gibson.
