Importance of the show

Christopher Daniels match against the Second City Saints would be his only Ring of Honor match of 2004. After receiving the Pepsi Plunge through the table, Daniels was scheduled to take the next few shows off the sell the injury. However, before he could return, ROH owner Rob Feinstein was caught in an internet sting trying to solicit sex from a person he believed to be a fourteen-year-old boy. Total Nonstop Action Wrestling would pull all their talent in the fallout of the scandal, with Daniels being one of them. The feud between The Prophecy and the Second City Saints would continue, but without Daniels.
