Manhattan Mayhem II was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on August 25, 2007 at the Manhattan Center in New York, New York.

- Jimmy Jacobs defeated Mitch Franklin
- Adam Pearce, Brent Albright & BJ Whitmer defeated Delirious, Nigel McGuinness & Pelle Primeau
- After the match, Pearce, Albright and Whitmer continued to attack Primeau.
- Davey Richards defeated PAC
- Austin Aries defeated Jack Evans (w/Julius Smokes) and Roderick Strong
- Before the match, Evans announced Julius Smokes was the first member of his new stable, The Vulture Squad.
- During the match, the No Remorse Corps interfered to help Strong. The Resilience then came out to fight them off and aid Aries. With both factions brawling, Smokes called out the “chocolate member” of The Vulture Squad, Ruckus.
- Ruckus (w/The Vulture Squad) defeated Eddie Edwards
- Claudio Castagnoli defeated Chris Hero (w/Sweet n' Sour Inc.)
- Takeshi Morishima defeated Bryan Danielson to retain the ROH World Championship
- During the match, Morishima fractured Danielson’s orbital bone.
- The Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) defeated Kevin Steen & El Generico in a Two out of Three Falls match to retain the ROH World Tag Team Championship
