- If Lethal & Elgin wins, Steve Corino must leave Ring of Honor
- If S.C.U.M. wins, Matt Hardy gets a ROH World Championship shot & Corino becomes a commentator
- Lethal was injured, later in the match and Kevin Steen took over for him.

- Matt Taven (c) defeated Mark Briscoe to retain the ROH World Television Championship (13:44)
