Luis Martinez is a American professional wrestler, better known by the ring name Punishment Martinez. He works for the Ring of Honor (ROH) promotion. Through ROH's working relationship with New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW), Martinez apeared at the Honor Rising: Japan 2017 event, where he unsucessfully challenged Hirooki Goto for the NEVER Openweight Championship. In NJPW Martinez is referred to as "Punisher Martinez".
