Style guide[]

The style is not a good representation of what an article should. The article says nothing that people don't know. Articles need to be expanded with information added into it to make them a true style guide. Mr. C.C. 06:47, 5 March 2008 (UTC)

Are you expecting a duplicate of Wikipedia? I don't see that as being productive at all. This wiki shouldn't be a copy and paste version of wrestling articles on Wikipedia. I've suggested ways to help articles in the past, but there isn't many actives... so the suggestions get ignored usually. Here's one suggestion: main article that has a brief bio, titles list, links, infobox/picture. Then there is subpages such as major feuds, personal life and so on. I don't see a problem with a subpage for a match guide and/or PPV appearance guides as well. The problem with this wiki: not many actives, and a majority of IP editors that visit seem to be vandals (or just kids messing around because they don't always get caught right away). I didn't say that we should be a duplicate of Wikipedia. But you state the obvious and stuff people know, then what? Mr. C.C.

External Link[]

Having looked at why OWOW links are not allowed on here, it seems odd that CAGEMATCH, which is the same type of website (i.e., a fansite) is allowed. Also, the bit about being non-reliable, surely anything open to user editing is not reliable (including Wikipedia). A-Dust 02:08, 10 July 2008 (UTC)

True CAGEMATCH is a fan contributed site, but in comparison with OWOW its alot more cleaner and easier, also i have found with OWOW that it misses out some wrestlers and does not include as much on smaller indy guys where as on CAGEMATCH their is info on nearly everyone.--TheWho87 14:51, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
But how does that make OWOW unreliable? And how can CAGEMATCH be used, as it is also a fansite. A-Dust 17:50, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
I personally consider it to be more accurate where as most of the non WWE pages on there rarely get updated and im sorry for prefering indy guys over WWE but look at the information and the cleanness of the pages as well as the ease of cross information (from teams to titles to matches and such) OWOW has nothing on cagematch--TheWho87 21:43, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
