The Pro-Pain Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Championship (often abbreviated as 3PW Heavyweight Championship) was a title contested in Pro-Pain Pro Wrestling. It was active from 2002 to 2005.
Gary Wolfe was the inaugural champion after a one-night tournament held during the 3PW Babes, Belts & Blood event in August 2002. In addition, Wolfe is the only multiple champion. Over its 3-year lifespan, only 9 individuals held the title and only once was the title vacated. The title has changed hands and been defended in singles matches, 3 or 4 ways singles matches, table matches, dog collar matches, and a TLC match.
