Pretty Deadly is a British professional wrestling tag team consisting of Elton Prince & Kit Wilson. They are currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
History[]
Independent circuit (2015-2020)[]
Howley and Stoker debuted as a tag team on February 2, 2019 on Hustle Wrestling Live in Enfield by defeating Justin Case and Justin Vincible in a tag team match. However, they were briefly active one time under the name of Greased Lightning in a match against Lance Lawrence and Oliver Peace on the November 14, 2015 episode of WrestleForce Live in Basingtoke. Stoker was previously known as Sammy Smooth. After that, they both returned to competing as singles wrestlers. They are also known for their tenures with professional wrestling promotions such as Progress Wrestling and Revolution Pro Wrestling. During their International Pro Wrestling: United Kingdom affiliation, they captured the IPW:UK Tag Team Championship one time as a Pretty Bastards and one time as The Collective also teaming up with James Castle as a freebird trio.
World Wrestling Entertainment (2020-present)[]
NXT UK (2019-2022)[]
They had sporadic appearances across NXT UK in 2019 before making their official WWE debut in a losing effort to Wild Boar and Primate. They were forced to take a six-month hiatus before returning to United Kingdom and turning in their first victory in WWE. Howley and Stoker became the number one contenders for the NXT UK Tag Team Championship on January 28, 2021 after defeating Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster, Oliver Carter and Ashton Smith and The Hunt (Wild Boar and Primate) in a four-way tag team match.
They defeated Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang) to capture the NXT UK Tag Team Championship on February 25, 2021 on NXT UK. They would retain the titles against Kenny Williams & Amir Jordan on the April 1 episode of NXT UK after Williams turned on Jordan. On the June 3 episode of NXT UK, Pretty Deadly would successfully defend their titles against Jack Starz and Nathan Frazer. On the July 22 episode NXT UK, they would retain against Subculture's Mark Andrews & Flash Morgan. On the August 19 episode of NXT UK, Pretty Deadly would retain against Moustache Mountain (Trent Seven and Tyler Bate). Pretty Deadly made their last successful defence of the NXT UK Tag Team Championship on the September 16 episode of NXT UK, defeating Gallus (Joe Coffey and Mark Coffey). On the December 9 episode of NXT UK, Pretty Deadly were dethroned in a rematch with Moustache Mountain.
NXT (2022-2023)[]
On the April 5, 2022 episode of NXT, after The Creed Brothers (Brutus Creed & Julius Creed) defeated Imperium (Fabian Aichner & Marcel Barthel), the Creeds were attacked by two masked assailants. The masked duo revealed themselves to be Pretty Deadly, sporting new ring names, with Howley revealed as Elton Prince while Stoker was named Kit Wilson. The following week, Pretty Deadly won a five team Gauntlet Match to win the vacant NXT Tag Team Championship. Pretty Deadly made their first defense the next week, defeating Dexter Lumis & Duke Hudson. At NXT In Your House, Pretty Deadly were defeated by The Creed Brothers, ending their reign. On the July 19 episode of NXT, Pretty Deadly were defeated by Brooks Jensen & Josh Briggs, failing to become two-time NXT UK Tag Team Champions. At Worlds Collide, Pretty Deadly won a Four Way Tag Team Match that involved The Creed Brothers, Gallus, and Brooks Jensen & Josh Briggs, unifying the NXT UK Tag Team Championship with the NXT Tag Team Championship.
On the September 13 episode of NXT, Pretty Deadly defeated The Creed Brothers in a Steel Cage Match to retain the NXT Tag Team Championship. At NXT Deadline, The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) defeated Pretty Deadly, ending their second NXT Tag Team Championship reign at 97 days. At NXT New Year's Evil 2023, they took part in a gauntlet match to determine the number one contenders for the NXT Tag Team Championship, eliminating The Rockers (Jimmy Jackson & Brian Williams) and Malik Blade & Edris Enofe before being the last team eliminated by the returning Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang). At NXT Vengeance Day, Pretty Deadly failed to win the NXT Tag Team Championship in a Fatal Four Way Tag Team Match. They then feuded with new champions Gallus, leading to a title match on the March 14 episode of NXT, where Gallus retained. After being the hosts of NXT Stand & Deliver 2023, they feuded with Tony D'Angelo & Channing Lorenzo, and defeated them on the April 4 episode of NXT. The following week, D'Angelo and Lorenzo attacked Pretty Deadly in the parking lot, with Wilson being kidnapped in the trunk of a car. This led to a Trunk Match between the two teams at NXT Spring Breakin', which Pretty Deadly lost. Afterwards, Pretty Deadly were thrown into a lake and D'Angelo and Lorenzo insinuated that they were "sleeping with the fishes", signifying the end of their time in NXT.

Howley originates from Grays, England and Stoker originates from London, England. In 2017, Howley appeared on an episode of First Dates.
