Palms Casino Resort is a casino and resort hotel located in Las Vegas. Opened in 2001, it was originally owned by the Maloof family with Station Casinos and The Greenspun Corporation owning a 6-percent stake in the resort. The Pearl Concert Theater, where most of the major concerts along with pro wrestling shows, boxing fights, and mixed martial arts fights are held was opened in 2007 and has a seating capacity of 2,115. In 2011, the resort was sold to Texas Pacific Group and Leonard Green & Partners with the Maloof family retaining a 2-percent stake. In 2016, The Palms would be sold to Station Casinos' parent company, Red Rock Resorts and would later be sold again to the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in 2021.
