NXT Halloween Havoc was a two week special episode of World Wrestling Entertainment's NXT television series that took place on October 24 and 31, 2023 at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

Halloween Havoc was originally an annual pay-per-view (PPV) promoted by World Championship Wrestling (WCW), with the inaugural Halloween Havoc taking place on October 28, 1989. The event is Halloween themed, taking place in October. WCW held Halloween Havoc annually between 1989 and 2000 before WCW was purchased by WWE in 2001. The Halloween Havoc event remained inactive until 2020, when WWE revived the event as a television special for NXT. The 2020 and 2021 editions of Halloween Havoc were both television specials, while in 2022, it was held as a livestreaming event. At NXT No Mercy on September 30, 2023, it was announced that Halloween Havoc would take place as a two-week television special that would take place at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida on October 24 and 31.

On the October 17 episode of NXT, unhappy with Breakker's regret for his actions, Mr. Stone challenged Breakker to a match at Halloween Havoc, which was later made official for Week 2.
