The NJPW STRONG Women's Championship is a women's professional wrestling championship created and promoted by Japanese professional wrestling promotion New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) for the STRONG brand.

In 2022, NJPW would establish a women's division, creating the company's first women's title, the IWGP Women's Championship. On April 27, 2023, NJPW announced the creation of the NJPW STRONG Women's Championship. It was additionally revealed that a four woman tournament to crown the inaugural champion would take place at Resurgence on May 21. The tournament featured Mercedes Mone from NJPW, Momo Kohgo from Stardom, Stephanie Vaquer from Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), and Willow Nightingale from All Elite Wrestling (AEW). At Resurgence, Nightingale defeated Mone in the final to become the first champion.
