NJPW Battle In The Valley 2024 was a professional wrestling event promoted by New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW). The event took place on January 13, 2024 in San Jose, California at San Jose Civic. It was the third Battle In The Valley event and featured talent from NJPW's partner promotions All Elite Wrestling (AEW), Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), Major League Wrestling (MLW), and World Wonder Ring Stardom. It was broadcast on TrillerTV and NJPW World.

After beginning their expansion into the United States, NJPW began promoting events under the NJPW STRONG name, with the first Battle In The Valley show being held on November 13, 2021. Battle In The Valley would be established as an annual event for STRONG, with the 2024 edition taking place at San Jose Civic in San Jose, California on January 13.
