On the special spring finale of Miz & Mrs., it's Miz's birthday and Maryse has put a plan in motion to make it the best celebration ever.
After purposely giving her husband a quiet, “adult” dinner at home – and a gym membership to counter the ill efforts of his being ranked No. 3 in the “Best Dad Bod” – the crafty former Divas Champion sneaks all of the A-Lister's friends, and even Mr. Miz, into town from Cleveland, LA and Florida for a surprise Miz Fest. There's even a Miz Bus!
