Midsouth Allstar Wrestling (MAW) is a professional wrestling promotion based in Memphis, Tennessee. The organization began in October 2002 at the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity house on the campus of the University of Memphis as part of a KA charity event. The card consisted mostly of local wrestlers who volunteered their time, bodies, and blood to help raise money for kids. Some of the stars included Derrick King, Motley Cruz, "Juicy" Johnny Morton, Carnage Antwane, Reno Diamond, Chris Lexx, Big Ace, Dustin Starr, Big Country, V-Man, Dre Black, Blalok the Blazer, Tommy Gunn, Kaut!on, Tasha Simone, Trinity (now from Extreme Championship Wrestling), and TNA Wrestling's Traci Brooks.

Since that night, MAW has put on numerous events around the city of Memphis. Its goal is to bring an alternative style of professional wrestling to the Memphis area. MAW also supports local music and puts various artists on display at its live events, and at recent shows have invited performers from local strip clubs to give away free passes, T-shirts, and other promotional items.

For over a year, events were held two Fridays each month at McFarland Community Center, along with various charity shows. However, a decision made by the Director of the Memphis City Park Commission at the time forced MAW to find another venue. MAW now holds monthly events at The New Daisy Theatre on Beale Street.

Today, MAW is considered an "outlaw promotion" in Memphis when compared to the more well-known Memphis Wrestling promotion, which is televised weekly. Memphis Wrestling has also used several MAW stars in past programs.
