Career

Boogeyman first appeared in vignettes before he actually wrestled anyone. Many of his earliest matches were against jobbers. He would usually humiliate them with worms afterwards.

One of his first major feuds was with Booker T, whom he defeated at WrestleMania 22. He was released later on in 2006 but re-hired soon there after. While on SmackDown, Boogeyman had another major feud with the Irish Finlay, who would often use his son Hornswoggle to distract his opponents. Boogeyman then introduced Little Boogey and the team went on to lose every match they were in together. In the summer of 2007, Boogeyman was drafted to ECW and was absent for almost a year due to an injury.

Wright was released from his WWE contract on March 4, 2009.
