The MLW World Heavyweight Championship is the major championship of Major League Wrestling (MLW). The championship first existed during MLW's first run from 2002 - 2004 and was revived when MLW returned in 2017 and announced a tournament to crown a new champion.

2018 tournament

In January 2018 MLW announced there would be an eight-man tournament to crown a new MLW World Heavyweight Champion.
