Leo Nomellini (June 19, 1924 - October 17, 2000) was an Italian professional wrestler. He was unofficially the third to hold the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. He won it in San Francisco on March 22, 1955, ending Lou Thesz's 1941 day (5+ year) reign.

The title was disputed because he won it via count-out and disqualification. Thesz beat him on July 15 the same year to end the dispute. Nomellini's reign is not considered official by the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA).
