The Lake Placid Olympic Center also known as the Herb Brooks Arena is a multi-purpose arena in Lake Placid, New York. This surface, along with the USA Rink, was built for the 1980 Winter Olympics. It was during the 1980 Olympics where the United States Men's Hockey team upset the Soviet Union's team 4-3 during the tournament in route to winning the Gold medal.

Ontop of being the rink for the Olympic hockey it has hosted other major hockey events like the 1984 and 1988 Men's Frozen Four and the 2007 Women's NCAA Hockey tournament. From 1993 to 2002 as well as 2012 to 2019 it was the location for ECAC's championship.
