Brittany Rae Steding is an American female professional wrestler known by her ring name Lady Frost.
Professional wrestling career[]
World Wrestling Entertainment (2018)[]
Steding made her in-ring debut in 2018 under the ring name Jamie Frost on the March 26 episode of Monday Night RAW, during which she was defeated by Asuka.
All Elite Wrestling (2020)[]
Frost first appeared in All Elite Wrestling during the November 24 episode of AEW Dark in which she teamed with Jennacide in a tag match lost to Diamante & Ivelisse. She made her AEW singles debut on the December 1 episode of AEW Dark losing a match to Red Velvett.
National Wrestling Alliance (2021)[]
Frost made her televised debut on the June 8 episode of NWA Powerrr during which she lost a singles match against Taryn Terrell. She later returned on the June 29 episode of NWA Powerrr in which she lost a match against Jennacide. During the August 3 episode of NWA Powerrr, Frost competed in Block A of the Champions Series in which she was defeated by Kenzie Paige.
Impact Wrestling (2021)[]
Frost made her television debut on the July 8 episode of iMPACT!, in a match lost against the defending Impact Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo. Two months later, Frost returned at the pay-per-view Knockouts Knockdown in which she eliminated in the first round of the Knockouts Knockdown Tournament by Rachael Ellering. She then returned to television on the October 7 episode of iMPACT! in a six woman tag team match teaming with Brandi Lauren and Kimber Lee against the victorious team of Mercedes Martinez, Savannah Evans and Tasha Steelz. The following week on the October 14 episode of iMPACT!, Frost wrestled a singles match won by Savannah Evans.
Independent circuit (2018-present)[]
After her debut, Steding began wrestling under the ring name Lady Frost. She debuted in Ryse Wrestling on June 16 during which she defeated Londyn Ali. On September 15, Lady Frost competed for her first title in her debut in Atomic Championship Wrestling. During ACW's A Little Piece Of Heaven event, Lady Frost competed for the Rogue Women Warriors Championship held by LuFisto. The following year in 2019, Lady Frost debuted in January 17 in IWA Mid-South at the 2019 IWA Mid-South Winter Wars event. There, her second title match was for the IWA Mid-South Women's Championship held by Max The Impaler. On March 16, Lady Frost's debut in CHIKARA was made during their Young Lions Cup XV Tournament. There, she was eliminated in the first round four-way match against Boomer Hatfield, Jay Sorbet and Lee Moriarty. The following month on April 12, Frost debuted in Real Shoot Wrestling on the opening night of The Battle Of Cleveland event. There, Frost competed in her first title match for the RSW Women's Championship held by Laura Loveless. The following night on April 13, Lady Frost wrestled her first match in Ring Of Honor as part of the pre-show before the 2019 Steel City Excellence event. There, Lady Frost was defeated by Jenny Rose in singles action. The following month on May 26 at Prime Time Pro Wrestling's PTPW Grapitol City event, Lady Frost competed in the PTPW Championship Tournament. She advanced in the first round after eliminating Ashley America. She was later eliminated in the semifinal by Isaiah Frazier.

Steding owns and operates the business Fit Miss Brit LLC. She is also married to Shane Chojnacki known in professional wrestling as Victor Benjamin.
