Emile Czaya (July 15, 1909-May 16, 1970) was an Hungarian male professional wrestler. He was best known by his nickname King Kong Czaya.

Career[]

Czaya was a notable amateur wrestler who competed in European events as early as 1927. He turned professional in 1937. His size and frame drew the attention of Indian movie producers and his nickname of "King Kong" was a result of his most famous movie role.

Personal Life[]

Czaya married an Australian woman in 1956. His nephew Czaya Nandor also had a career in professional wrestling.

Death[]

Czaya died in a car crash in Singapore on his way to a wrestling event.
