The Keystone Centre is a multi-purpose facility located in Brandon, Manitoba. Its main 5,102-seat arena which is known as Westoba Place.

It was built as a joint venture between the City of Brandon, the Government of Manitoba, and the Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba in 1973 to be the new home to the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair. The Royal Manitoba Winter Fair is a yearly fair at the tail end of winter and is one of the largest agricultural fairs in Western Canada.

Ontop of the Fair it has hosted many other sporting events over the years. This ranges from Brandon Wheat Kings of the Western Hockey League being a permanent tenant since the doors opened to many one off events such as the 1999 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships (co-hosted with Winnipeg), the 1995 Ford Men's and Women's World Curling Championships.
