Kelsey Heather Hornack (August 24, 1988) is an American professional wrestler, cheerleader and cheerleading coach who has appeared in Women of Wrestling where she wrestled under the ring name Randi Rah Rah. She also has wrestled on the independent wrestling circuit under the ring name Kelsey Heather.
