Lea Mitchell (October 22, 1998) is an American professional wrestler and former gymnast currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on the NXT brand under the ring name Kelani Jordan.

Jordan made her debut on the May 12, 2023 episode of NXT Level Up facing Wendy Choo in a losing effort. Her next appearance was on the May 19, 2023 episode of NXT Level Up where she teamed with Wendy Choo and faced the team of Elektra Lopez & Lola Vice in a winning effort. She next appeared on the June 2, 2023 episode of NXT Level Up losing to Kiana James. She next appeared on the July 4, 2023 episode of NXT where she faced Tatum Paxley in a winning effort. At Battleground 2024 Jordan defeated Fallon Henley, Jaida Parker, Lash Legend, Michin & Sol Ruca in a Six Woman Ladder Match to become the inaugural NXT Women's North American Champion.
