- The company was founded by Alfonso Botello, and promotes shows in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
- The first champions are Caristico (Cruiserweight) & Tiffany (Women).
- The first major shows were the company launch on February 12, 2018, and Blue Demon Jr. 33rd Anniversary show on July 15, 2018.
