Julian Moreno (March 29, 1989) is an American professional wrestler better known by his current ring name Julian Starr. He debuted in February 2009 and reportedly retired September 2013, however has worked beyond this date. He is known for his frequent work in the independent circuit for promotions including Connecticut Wrestling Entertainment, New England Championship Wrestling, East Coast Wrestling Association, Top Rope Promotions and Chaotic Wrestling. Julian Starr has not wrestled since November of 2015 after his Chaotic Wrestling heavyweight championship reign.
He is currently a commentator for Chaotic Wrestling
