Johnson Hagood Stadium, is an 11,500-seat football stadium, the home field of The Citadel Bulldogs, in Charleston, South Carolina. Its main tenants is the The Citadel Bulldogs football team.

The Name of the stadium comes from Brigadier General Johnson Hagood of the Confederacy who was the hero of Charleston by commanding Confederate forces in the defense of the city in the middle of the Civil War. Latter General Hagood became state Comptroller and Governor of South Carolina, earning him a hallowed space for not only Charleston but all of South Carolina.

When constructing the stadium they chose the site of an old cemetery. However they only moved the headstones and not the bodies. This became big news in the 1990s when it was discovered the bodies of the ill fated prototype submarine crewmen of the Hunley were buried underneath the parking lot.
