Jesse Lizarraga (born August 25, 1950) is a Mexican American Pro Wrestler, Pro Wrestling Referee, trainer, Actor and owner of the School of Hard Knocks pro-wrestling training facility. He also promotes an independent wrestling organization called Empire Wrestling Federation in San Bernardino, California, performing under the name Jesse Hernandez. He has trained or helped train wrestlers such as Melina Perez, Rico Constantino, Silver King, Louie Spicolli and Layla El.
