Jenna Lynn Van Bemmel (October 31, 1984) is an American female bodybuilder and professional wrestler best known by her ring name Jenna Van Muscles. As of November 2020, Van Bemmel wrestles under the ring name Jennacide.

Professional wrestling career[]

Independent circuit (2011)[]

Van Bemmel was trained by women's professional wrestler Rain. She debuted on May 7, 2011 at NWA Battlezone in a lumberjill match against Ms. Brittany. She returned on April 9, 2016, debuting in American Combat Wrestling at ACW Retribution defeating an opponent named Hollywood. On May 14, Jenna debuted at Ring Warriors at May Mayhem, teaming with Lindsay Snow & Stormie Lee in a three-on-two handicap match lost to Brandy & Chelsea. She also entered a May Mayhem Battle Royal won by Steve Madison. On December 17, Jenna returned to ACW at ACW Yuletide Beatings where she defeated Aria Blake to win the ACW Women's Championship.

First in-ring return[]

Returning to the ring on April 9, 2016 at ACW Retribution, Jenna won a singles match against Hollywood. She made her televised return at the ACW pay-per-view ACW Yuletide Beatings where Jenna defeated Aria Blake to become the new ACW Women's Champion. On May 14, Jenna appeared in Ring Warriors at May Mayhem, where she teamed with Lindsay Snow & Stormie Lee in a two-on-three handicap match lost against Brandy & Chelsea. During this event she also participated in a Battle Royal match.

On June 3, 2017, Jenna wrestled at ACW Tradition Continues where she successfully defended the Women's title against Kaci Lennox. Jenna made her World Xtreme Wrestling (WXW) debut on June 24 entering the Mercedes Martinez Women's Tournament, advancing in the first round after eliminating Tesia Price. On July 15 at ACW Pride Jenna successfully defended the ACW Women's title, defeating Natalia Markova. She successfully retained the title in a match at ACW Retribution, defeating Kikyo. On August 26, Jenna returned to WXW to compete in the semifinals of the Women's Tournament where she was eliminated by Jaime D. Jenna ended 2017 with a debut in Pro Wrestling 2.0 on October 3 at PW2.0 Hallomean, defeating Kaci Lennox.

Jenna returned on January 27, 2018, debuting in Pro Wrestling Kingdom at PWK Kingdom Rumble, first wrestling in a three-way match against Tasha Price and Ava Storie. She later entered the Kingdom Rumble match to crown the new Kingdom Heavyweight Champion but lost to Jesse Neal. Three months later, Jenna made her debut in RISE Wrestling at RISE 7: Sensation in a dark match, defeating Laynie Luck. On May 5, Jenna debuted in Platinum Pro Wrestling at PPW Cinco de Mayo SlamFest in a title match for the Diamonds Division Starlight Championship but did not succeed in defeating the champion Dynamite DiDi. Two weeks later she returned to PPW on May 19 at PPW LuchaMania 2, defeating La Varoneza in a singles match.

World Wrestling Entertainment[]

NXT (2017)[]

As a Florida resident, Jenna received the opportunity to wrestle in WWE's Florida-based developmental promotion NXT, during its July 12, 2017 episode, where she faced Sonya Deville.

Jennacide debut (2020)[]

During the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic, Van Bemmel recreated her gimmick and appearance, including reshaping her physique and wearing face-paint in her debut as Jennacide. She made her debut in this gimmick as early as November 6, 2020 in Mission Pro Wrestling. During the Mission Pro Tournament Out Of Hell event, Jennacide defeated The WOAD. She returned to Mission Pro the following week on November 11, winning her second singles match defeating rising Texas wrestling sensation Rok-C.

All Elite Wrestling (2020)[]

Jennacide made her national television debut on the November 10, 2020 episode of AEW Dark teaming with fellow independent wrestler Dream Girl Ellie in a tag match won by Diamante & Ivelisse. She returned on the November 24 episode of AEW Dark teaming with Lady Frost in a match lost against Diamante & Ivelisse.

National Wrestling Alliance (2021-present)[]

Jennacide debuted on the March 30, 2021 episode of NWA Powerrr where she teamed with Skye Blue in a tag match lost by disqualification to Alex Gracia & Thunder Rosa. On the April 20 episode of NWA Powerrr Jennacide wrestled a match won by NWA women's powerhouse Kamille. She won her first singles match on the May 4 episode of NWA Powerrr, defeating her former tag team partner Skye Blue. Two weeks later on the May 18 episode of NWA Powerrr Jennacide wrestled a match won by former NWA World Women's Champion Thunder Rosa. She made her pay-per-view debut during the pre-show of When Our Shadows Fall where Jennacide defeated Skye Blue. On the June 15 episode of NWA Powerrr Jennacide wrestled in a three-way match against Melina and Kenzie Paige. On the October 26 NWA Powerrr, Jennacide teamed with Paola Blaze in a match against The Hex (Allysin Kay & Marti Belle) for the NWA World Women's Tag Team Championship. Two months later, Jennacide and Paola Blaze competed during the pre-show of NWA Hard Times 2 in a four-way tag match against Kylie Rae & Tootie Lynn, Missa Kate & Natalia Markova and the defending NWA World Women's Tag Team Champions The Hex. The match ended with The Hex successfully retaining their tag team titles.
